What we collect

PetWellTrack is a static website. There are no user accounts, no login, no comment system, and no contact forms. We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details.

The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send by email. We keep correction and enquiry emails for as long as needed to resolve the issue and maintain an audit trail for published price changes.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, we use aggregate measurement — page views, referrers, device category, and country — to understand which cost guides are useful. We do not build individual profiles, and we do not sell traffic data.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to insurance, telehealth, financing, and pharmacy partners are affiliate links. When you click one, the partner or its affiliate network may set a cookie that records the referral so that a commission can be attributed if you buy. That cookie is controlled by the partner, not by us. We do not receive your policy details, application data, or payment information.

Advertising

If display advertising is enabled, it is served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. You can review or opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ad Center and aboutads.info. Advertising is separated from editorial content and is never placed inside a price table.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California, or other US states with privacy statutes), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests concern email correspondence or partner-side cookies. Write to hello@petwelltrack.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

PetWellTrack is written for adults managing pet care costs. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. If advertising or analytics vendors change, we will name them here.
